Shipping Policies
All orders are insured and guaranteed to arrive at their final destination. We process orders the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next business day. Although we always guarantee delivery, promotions and special offers may cause delays due to high demand for our products.
Once an order is verified, it is processed within 1 to 6 days and shipped to the indicated delivery address. All products leave our facilities within 1 to 6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries via ocean freight, allowing us to offer an international service.

In exceptional cases (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.) or due to logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks. We allow 50 days for product arrival. If the product doesn't arrive within this timeframe, you can request a refund for lost or unshipped orders. All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number for easy delivery.
Important Considerations
- Incorrect Address: If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and does not notify us within minutes of placing the order (before the shipment is processed), and the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a refund will not be available. In this case, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
- No Contact on Delivery: If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the mailbox. If the package is not picked up at the designated office within 5 days, it will be returned to our facility, and the package will be considered lost with no refund.
- Change of Address: Once the shipment has been processed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address, as we have no control over the third-party delivery companies. The customer will be responsible for the loss of the package if they did not provide the correct address or if they moved after placing the order. Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
- Taxes and Duties: Ulso is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties that may be imposed on shipments by customs. The buyer is responsible for covering any additional costs incurred through customs, and no refund is available.

Return Costs
- Any return, for any reason, will incur a return shipping cost to our warehouse, which will be borne by the customer. (We will cover the return shipping cost for the buyer in the case of an exchange.)
- By making a purchase on our website, you agree to all of the terms mentioned above. If these terms are not met, no refunds will be issued.
